How request and order information is used.
SOUVORI uses submitted information to review feasibility, prepare the product, fulfil an applicable order and communicate about the request.
Information we may receive
Contact details, destination, quantity, compatibility details, notes, product code, customer-uploaded artwork and internal model files tied to the order.
Temporary drafts in your browser
To restore unfinished custom items after a page reload or return visit, we may store your selected photos, lettering, file names and item identifiers locally in your browser. Selecting a photo for this draft does not itself upload it to SOUVORI; adding your items to cart submits them for your customization request.
Local drafts expire 30 minutes after the last change. Expired records are removed when a custom product page next opens and can access browser storage. Closing your browser does not guarantee immediate deletion. Successful addition to cart triggers removal of the related local draft; if storage cleanup cannot be confirmed, the page displays a warning. Local storage may be unavailable, and recovery cannot be guaranteed in every browser.
Browser storage is accessible to this site and may be available to other people who use the same browser profile. Avoid selecting private photos on a shared device. You can remove site data using your browser controls; doing so may also clear your cart or preferences. Files submitted to SOUVORI follow the separate private-file retention rules below.
Private files and retention
Customer artwork and internal model files are normally deleted 180 days after the later of order closure or the most recent related upload. Active orders, disputes, refund reviews or legal requirements may pause deletion.
