How request and order information is used.
KEYVELA uses submitted information to review feasibility, prepare a quote, create an approved order when applicable and communicate about the request.
Information we may receive
Email, required WhatsApp number, destination country or region, quantity, compatibility details, material preference, planning budget, notes, product code, customer-uploaded artwork and private design proof decisions.
Why we use it
We use it to review rights, compatibility, feasibility, availability, production assumptions and shipping assumptions; provide customer support; prepare a private design proof; record approval or requested changes; and fulfill an approved order. A submission is not an automatic sale.
Private design files and retention
Customer artwork and private design proof files are connected to the relevant order and are intended to be available only to authorized staff and the signed-in customer who owns that order. They are normally deleted 180 days after the later of order closure or the most recent related upload. An active order, dispute, refund review or legal requirement may pause deletion. Minimal order, transaction and audit records may be retained longer where required. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or files unrelated to the order.
Third-party services
A controlled album, WhatsApp, hosting, payment and delivery providers may process data under their own terms when enabled. Sensitive request details are not placed in WhatsApp or email URLs; the WhatsApp contact link carries only the order reference.
