Requests
We may request more information or decline unavailable, incompatible, unsafe, unlawful or rights-sensitive designs.
Quotes and orders
Planning budgets are not prices. The merchant confirms currency, amount, scope, approval requirements, estimated dispatch timing and shipping assumptions. One accepted quote may create one unique order.
Payment and fulfillment
A form, email or conversation is not a purchase. Fulfillment begins only after payment is verified and required approval steps are complete.
Handmade and custom variation
Minor variations may occur within an approved handmade or production process. Material differences from the approved specification, defects, damage or wrong items are handled under the Refund & Returns Policy.
