Please review these terms before placing an order.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted through the checkout at the price shown or otherwise confirmed by SOUVORI. Production begins after payment is verified and a usable reference is received when required.
Handmade and custom variation
Screen color, proportions, and small production details may vary slightly from reference and preview images.
Photos, artwork and design rights
Only submit photographs, logos, characters, artwork and other material that you own or have permission to use. SOUVORI may ask for evidence, limit a design or refuse unlawful or rights-sensitive material. Editing, modeling or adapting a reference does not change ownership of the original work or remove the need for permission.
Cancellation and returns
Custom orders can be canceled before production begins. After production starts, change-of-mind cancellation, return or refund is unavailable. Damaged, defective or materially incorrect items remain covered, along with rights that cannot be excluded by law.
