Dispatch timing and carrier transit are separate.
Custom keycaps
We dispatch within 10 working days after verified payment and receipt of a usable reference photo. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is additional to this production period.
Designs that do not require a photo
These keycaps are also made to order. We dispatch within 10 working days after verified payment. The same carrier transit and destination restrictions apply to all keycaps.
Destinations and shipping charges
We currently ship from China to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$50 after discounts are charged US$5 for shipping. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more after discounts receive free shipping.
Tracking and address checks
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Service to remote areas, islands, and PO Boxes requires a manual address check, and delivery to every location cannot be guaranteed.
Transit
Carrier transit varies by destination, service, customs, and events outside our control.
