Custom-made goods and in-stock code items are reviewed under the terms confirmed with the order.
Before production
Cancellation eligibility depends on whether modeling, sourcing, material preparation or production has started. Any approved non-refundable work is identified with the quote.
Custom items
Custom or made-to-order items generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind after approved work begins. This does not remove the review path for defects, damage, wrong items or material differences from the approved specification.
In-stock items
Contact us before returning an item. It must remain unused and in its original condition unless the issue is damage, defect or an incorrect item.
Report a problem
Email support@keyvela.com with the order reference and clear evidence. Do not return an item until support confirms the appropriate address and next step.
