Custom Keycaps
Custom keycaps are typically dispatched within 15 calendar days after the final design is approved and payment is verified. Complex modeling, additional revisions, material sourcing or quantity may require a revised timeline confirmed before the order is created.
Code items
In-stock code items are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is verified. If an item must be made to order, the method, approval requirements and estimated dispatch time are confirmed before quoting.
Transit, tracking and customs
Carrier transit begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Tracking is supplied when available. Customs duties, taxes, remote-area fees and clearance delays may be the recipient’s responsibility.
Addresses, delays and delivery problems
Contact us as soon as possible about an address error. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. For loss, damage, return-to-sender or an incorrect item, email support@keyvela.com with the order reference and evidence.
