What is an artisan keycap?
An artisan keycap is a decorative keycap made as a small sculptural or crafted object for a mechanical keyboard. Compatibility, material and stem must still be confirmed for each request.
Can every image become a 3D keycap?
No. We review geometry, detail, key position, material, rights and production feasibility before quoting.
When does the 15-calendar-day custom timeline begin?
It begins only after the final design is approved and payment is verified. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and is separate.
How quickly does an in-stock code item ship?
An in-stock code item is typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is verified.
What if a code item is not in stock?
If it can be made to order, we confirm the method, approval requirements and estimated dispatch time before quoting.
When do I pay?
Only after specifications, availability and the fixed amount are confirmed and a unique order is created.
Can I cancel or return a custom item?
Eligibility depends on whether modeling, sourcing or production has started. Defects, damage, wrong items and material differences from the approved specification are reviewed separately.
Who pays customs duties or import taxes?
Destination charges may be the recipient’s responsibility and are confirmed with the approved shipping assumptions.
